Godeval Valdeorras Godello is a single-variety white wine with an Atlantic climate, young, perfumed and aromatic.
Bodegas Godeval was born in Xagoaza in 1986 with the intention of recovering the godello variety on its initially only two hectares of vineyard.
Currently, with more than twenty, they carefully produce their wines, blending tradition and modernity.
Godeval Valdeorras Godello has had a manual harvest in its plots with slate soils and a fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
Godeval Valdeorras Godello 2018 pairs perfectly with soft cheeses, fish, seafood, and preserves.
It is recommended to consume this white wine at a temperature between 6 and 8ºC.
