Lazana est un fromage de vache affiné des Asturies, fabriqué entièrement à la main.

C'est un fromage de type camembert ou brie, fabriqué à partir de lait de vache à pâte molle, affiné et à croûte lavée naturelle. Très adapté pour être consommé avec des noix grillées, avec toutes sortes de salades, sur du pain chaud et en gratin, en rehaussant la saveur des plats.
