Paramos de Legaris is a red wine from the renowned Bodegas Legaris, made from the Tempranillo grape variety, which dominates the highly sought Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero. This wine comes from three emblematic high-altitude sites, such as Pesquera de Duero, varying between 867 and 894 meters, Peñafiel at 890 meters above sea level, and Moradillo de Roa spanning from 958 to 973 meters. The selection of these vineyards reflects the extreme character of Tempranillo, resulting in a mature and balanced wine. Paramos de Legaris undergoes an average aging of 9 months in French and American oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and giving it a silky profile and an intense aroma of red fruits. This wine is a limited edition that stands out for its intensely cherry red color with violet nuances. On the nose, it shows intense aromas of red fruit, balanced with toasted notes from its aging.
