Taberner Syrah Magnum is a red wine made from Syrah grapes from Cádiz by Huerta de Albalá.
Taberner Syrah Magnum is a red wine made from Syrah grapes from Cádiz by Huerta de Albalá.
The grapes used to make this wine come from their own vineyard and are harvested by hand. They are harvested by hand, selected on a sorting table and fermented at a controlled temperature of 25ºC in French oak vats. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is racked into French oak barrels, where it remains for 14 months.
Appearance: Intense cherry red with a deep robe.
Smell: Aromas of ripe red fruit, typical of its Mediterranean climate, balsamic and wrapped by the roasted sensations of its oak wood in which it remains during its ageing, with hints of carob and spices.
Taste: The palate is tasty, fluid, powerful, with good acidity and well balanced. Its finish is persistent and with a lot of personality.
