The 1698 has a light amber color, with a white, light and lasting foam. It presents light aromas of malt, caramel and herbal notes. The malt, also found in the mouth, plus yeast and some fruit with faint bitter nuances of hops
Kentish Ale beers have a protected geographical indication by using a specific strain of yeast, traditional ingredients and water from an own artesian well
