El Morer is a gourmet project in Banyeres de Mariola that combines tradition and flavor with artisanal products. It is known for its extra virgin olive oil (Arbequina, Picual and Serrana varieties), its traditional pericana, and the toasted capellà in oil. They also make patés of green and black olives with thyme. Everything reflects their connection to the family farmhouse and local heritage.
