Handcrafted and Natural, From each Iberian pig, two pieces of authentic natural loin are obtained, which once cleaned and devoid of fat, are marinated and stuffed into natural casing.
Its extraordinary flavor and subtle aromas are given by the light airing to oak wood smoke and slow maturation in natural drying rooms.With vibrant colors ranging from purple to pink, it offers a marbled appearance when sliced due to the fat infiltration from acorn fusion. Due to its excellent meat, homogeneous texture, delicate flavor, and pleasant aroma, Iberian pork loin is considered the noblest piece of international charcuterie.
