The acronym C.B. refers to Carlos Billanueva , the foreman who, at the beginning of the 19th century began to write his initials on the butts that contained the best wines , a tradition that is still carried out today at the Alvear winery.This Alvear is the perfect accompaniment for appetizers, specifically for olives, salted almondsor ham.
