After manual harvesting and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine is aged for about 12 months in oak barrels , which adds complexity and structure while maintaining the fruit expression and character of the vineyard.
The nose is fresh and elegant, with aromas of ripe red fruit, floral notes and delicate spicy and mineral nuances. The palate is balanced and juicy, with fine tannins, good acidity and a long, harmonious finish. A very gastronomic Rioja that reflects the character of the Rioja Alavesa terroir and perfectly accompanies roasted meats, game or traditional cuisine.
