Its bright red color and cherry-toned veins make its cut as striking as it is irresistible. With a rich flavor, and a superior taste and aroma thanks to the meticulous feeding based on the resources of the wooded areas of the estate, including herbs, roots, natural feed, and sunflower seeds.
