Our sheep yogurt with coffee is a delight made from the milk of Churra sheep, a native breed from Castilla and León. This yogurt is carefully crafted in the Dehesa de la Guadaña, where the milk quality is exceptional due to its higher fat and protein content. With limited production, we ensure that each container has a unique and nutrient-rich flavor. This yogurt has lactic coagulation and is presented in an elegant glass container. It is recommended to store it refrigerated at 4-6°C and to consume it preferably within 15 days of its preparation. Once opened, it should be eaten within 3 days to guarantee freshness and flavor.
