In our farm, the calves are raised in a privileged natural environment, where they graze freely, surrounded by vegetation and fed the best resources. It is recommended to store the ossobuco in the cold, between 0°C and 4°C. For maximum flavor, take the piece out of its packaging at least 2 hours before cooking.
