For more than 2700 years a sea salt of sublime characteristics has been extracted from Ibiza. Fleur de Sel is considered the queen of this salt, which is extracted from the currently protected natural area of the salt pans. Only with a lot of sun and light wind, the fragile crystals are formed, which are meticulously extracted by hand. Fleur de Sel is particularly rich in valuable minerals and base elements. It is appreciated as a very high quality sea salt. It is white to pale pink. The taste is aromatic and subtle.
