75 cl bottle Don Ñuño is a Premium Oloroso produced by Lustau wineries, one of the oldest wineries in the Jerez region. We are facing a dry oloroso, with less than 8 grams of residual sugar per liter, aged for years using the traditional system of criaderas and soleras. It is a wine with intense aromas of nuts and smoked woods, with spicy notes on the nose. Rating: Parker 94; Peñin 91.

Tasting notes: Dark bronze color with a marked golden rim. Intense aromas of nuts and smoked woods, with spicy notes on the nose. On the palate, it reminds of nuts and dark chocolate. Long and intense finish perfectly balanced with a slight acidity. Serving temperature: 13-14º C Pairing: Perfect with aged cheeses or red meats. Goes very well with dishes like oxtail, Iberian pork cheek, or grilled red tuna.
