TM is the iconic top wine of Tr3mano, produced in the Ribera del Duero. It is made only in vintages where the quality of the grapes is exceptional, focusing on 100% Tempranillo variety. The vineyards, located in limestone soils in the Pesquera mountains, are over 100 years old and cultivated at about 1000 meters altitude. This wine is aged for over 20 months in new French oak barrels, supervised by Fernando Remírez and Pedro Aibar, ensuring a high-quality product. The color intensity, combination of ripe red fruit aromas with toasted notes, and structured, persistent taste make TM an ideal wine to accompany red meats, game, or even chocolate desserts. Recommended to be aerated 15 minutes before consuming at 16ºC.
