Nosso is a white wine made from the Verdejo variety, certified organic and produced by Bodega Menade in the Denomination of Origin Rueda, Valladolid. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, this wine stands out for its stone fruit aromas and herbal notes, complemented by a mineral touch. The grapes are grown traditionally and sustainably, minimizing the use of chemicals and leveraging the biodiversity of the environment. Fermentation takes place using wild yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation, which adds volume and stability to the wine. It is aged with the skins for 4 to 5 months. Menade works to integrate tradition with technology, promoting eco-friendly practices and ensuring that the ecosystem surrounding the vineyard thrives. This includes the creation of micro-ecosystems that benefit both local flora and fauna. The vineyard's location on a plateau in Castilla y León provides a unique climate that contributes to the wine's character.
