**White Wine, Verdejo Frizzante JJ Mateos, Bodega Vega Demara** **JJ Mateos Blanco Verdejo** is a white wine made from **Verdejo** grapes sourced from our own vineyards, carefully selected at their optimal ripeness and hand-harvested. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, between **14 and 16 ºC**, with the aim of preserving the aromatic expression of the variety to the fullest. Subsequently, the fermentation process is stopped in a controlled manner to achieve an alcoholic strength of **6% vol.**, by lowering the temperature to **-3 ºC**, which helps to maintain its fresh, fruity, and slightly sweet character. **Tasting Notes** It presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it is very expressive and explosive, with intense hints of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is balanced and fresh, with a pleasant sweet and fruity flavor that makes it very easy to drink. **Food Pairing** An ideal wine for appetizers, fish dishes, seafood, pasta, rice, and white meats.
