Aerolite Lyndsay is a concentrated Islay: single malt, 10 years old, with a strong retro side and an intensely peaty and salty character. A blend of bourbon casks and quarter casks that have held sherry wine, the smoky, tangy, and oily character of the distillate is enriched with notes of sweet spices, eucalyptus, and coconut. The identity of the famous distillery behind this vintage bottling is only revealed upon tasting.
