Cava Freixenet Reserva Real is an exceptional cava from the renowned Freixenet winery, launched in 1987 during the visit of the Spanish Kings to their facilities. This unique cava is produced with a cork seal, a tradition honoring the house's origins. It includes three grape varieties: Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel-lo, ensuring a balanced and distinctive flavor profile. This cava owes its elegance and freshness to an aging process exceeding 30 months, during which fine and fruity aromas develop, accompanied by notes of aging. Each bottle is handcrafted to ensure quality. It is presented as a brut, containing 4 g/l of sugar and an expedition liqueur made with wine aged for 8 months in chestnut barrels. Additionally, it has an alcohol content of 11.5%, making it ideal to accompany a variety of dishes.
