-1/2 cup almond milk
-1/2 water
-1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder (5 grams)
- A pinch of honey (only if you need it to sweeten the drink)
Mix the milk, water, and Ashwagandha powder and heat it over low heat until warm. Add the cardamom while the mixture is hot and drink it twice a day.
-1 banana
-1 cup almond milk
-1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder (5 grams)
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
-1/2 cup nuts or seeds
-30gr of neutral rice protein
Put the following ingredients in a blender and blend all these ingredients until smooth.
-1 teaspoon Ashwagandha powder (5 grams)
-1 teaspoon turmeric powder (3-5 grams)
-1/2 cup organic coconut/almond milk
-1 teaspoon coconut oil
-Natural sweetener such as stevia, honey or date syrup.
Mix the milk, turmeric and ashwagandha powder and heat it over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring during the process.
