One of the jewels of Spanish Iberian products is this 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Salchichón from D.O. Extremadura, which is raised freely in the Extremadura pasture. It has a minimum curing period of 4 months and is vacuum packed. This cured raw sausage is made with lean and fat from Iberian pigs, seasoned and stuffed into casing that has undergone an adequate curing process.
