Payment methods

Choose the payment method that suits you best.
All the payment methods we use offer maximum security and are backed by La Caixa and/or BBVA (American Express, VISA and Mastercard), Edenred Ticket Restaurant, Cobee and/or Up Cheque Gourmet.

The following payment methods are available:

• Payment by credit card, debit card, restaurant card
• Payment by physical restaurant cheque/ticket (Gourmet Cheque)
• Use a card to top up your wallet (Deferred payment)

You can pay for your purchases with VISA, Mastercard, Up Spain - Gourmet Cheque, Cobee, Restaurant Ticket, BBVA Restaurants or American Express using the payment gateway ofBBVA and/or La Caixa.

The charge is processed online, i.e., in real time, through the financial institution’s payment gateway once it verifies that the entered data are correct.

To guarantee the security of the payment system, we use the secure payment systems of the leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. Confidential data are transmitted directly in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system that we use guarantees the security of the data as they are transmitted over the network for total confidentiality and protection of your data

mentta never stores your card data, which are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of our financial institution, through its Secure Payment Gateway (redsys). Credit cards are subject to checks and authorisations by the credit card issuer, but if the credit card issuer does not authorise payment we cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

IMPORTANT: Edenred Restaurant Tickets, BBVA Restaurant and Up Cheque Gourmet tickets are NOT redeemable in the mentta Frescos section or supermarkets. Discover the possibilities of enjoying delicious food at the office :)

If you have an Up Cheque Gourmet voucher, you must send us the cheques you want to redeem (by registered post) from any post office. You’ll also have to fill out the application form for sending physical tickets.

Once we receive the cheques, we’ll add them to your mentta account for the amount you’ve sent us so you can complete the purchase.

IMPORTANT: Remember that the purpose of restaurant type tickets/cards is to pay for daily meals.
