Payment options

Choose the payment method that suits you best.
You will enjoy maximum security, as all the payment methods we use are backed by La Caixa and/or BBVA (American Express, VISA and Mastercard), Edenred Ticket Restaurant and Up Cheque Gourmet.

We offer the following payment methods:

• Payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Restaurant Card
• Payment with paper check/restaurant ticket (Cheque Gourmet)
• Wallet recharge with card (Deferred payment)

You can pay for your purchases with VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Ticket Restaurant card, through the BBVA and/or La Caixa payment gateway.

The charge is made online, that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity and once it has been verified that the data communicated are correct.

In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, we use secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce. In this sense, confidential data is transmitted directly and in an encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system that we use confers total security to the transmission of data through the network. Your data enjoys total confidentiality and protection.

mentta does not store your card details ni any case. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of our financial institution, through its Secure Payment Gateway (redsys). Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing bank, but if the issuing bank does not authorise the payment, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery.

IMPORTANT: Edenred Ticket Restaurant and Up Cheque Gourmet are NOT redeemable in the section of supermarket. Enjoy all the possibilities we have for you to enjoy the food in your office :)

If you have Up Cheque Gourmet you must send us the cheques you want to redeem (by registered mail) from any post office. You must also fill out the request form for sending physical tickets that you will find at My wallet

Once we receive the cheques, we will add it to your mentta account with the value that you have sent us so that you can complete the purchase.

IMPORTANT: Restaurant type tickets/cards, remember that they are intended for day-to-day meal purposes.
