What is it?
It is a mixture of hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, and ground peanuts without toasting. Its easy consumption prevents the risk of choking associated with whole nuts and peanuts.
Recommended age
Perfect for your little one from 6 months old if...
they do not have allergies to other foods or suffer from atopic dermatitis*
they do not have a family history of nut and/or peanut allergies*
they have tried a variety of foods frequently without experiencing allergic reactions.
*In these cases, we recommend consulting with your pediatrician or allergist beforehand.
How do I prepare it?
Start slowly... and don't worry!
For the first intake, give them 1 teaspoon (3g) with baby food or puree. We recommend giving it to them during the day and observing them for the next two hours in case any allergy symptoms appear.
For a second intake, if they do not have an allergy in those days, repeat the same 3g intake.
For the following intakes, we recommend including 1 tablespoon (6g) in their meals, once a day and about 3-4 times a week during the first year.
You can include them in cereal or fruit purees, in their meals, with natural yogurt, or in your homemade recipes.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume preferably within two months and store in the refrigerator.
