DEHYDRATED ORGANIC SEAWEED SALAD 30 G MAR DE ARDORA
Organic seasonal product, sustainably harvested, traditionally made in Galicia.
Ingredients:
Percebe seaweed* (codium sp), sea lettuce* (Ulva spp), Nori* (Porphyra spp) and Wakame* (undaria sp), dehydrated at low temperature(*) From Organic Agriculture.
Instructions:
- Dehydrated: Use directly as a seasoning in salads, fish dishes, rice dishes, baked as a snack or with other savory appetizers, on canapes with cheeses or spreads. Once ground, as a finer texture seasoning or include them with flours of other products for homemade pasta, breaded, among others.
- Hydrated: Soak the seaweed in warm sea water (or slightly salted) for 5-10 min. Once hydrated, they increase 11 times their weight. Consume directly as is, in vinaigrette or pickled. As a garnish, in sautéed dishes, pates, omelets, scrambles, etc.
