This is an oil from picual variety olives harvested throughout the month of November from olive groves that are grown in integrated production located mainly in the Sierra de las Villas.

This oil has a ripe fruity, medium intensity, with hints of tomato, fig leaf, olive leaf, artichoke..... In the mouth it presents a medium bitterness and spiciness, typical of the picual variety.
