A Valigota is an exceptional aged red wine belonging to the Valdeorras Denomination of Origin, produced by the winery Adega O Cabalin.
This red wine is composed of a combination of the best grapes Mencía, Merenzao, Garnacha tintorera, Brancellao, Grao negro, Ferrón and Sousón.
Its fermentation process is carried out in a 500-liter barrel, followed by aging in a single 225-liter barrel.
