Acorn-cured cheese made from raw cow's milk and acorns from oak trees in the Valle de los Pedroches.
The acorns are incorporated into the cheese before molding, fully integrating them.
With a combination of technique and care, each cheese is salted and turned in the days following its production, beginning the aging process during which a series of complex biochemical processes occur inside the cheeses, resulting in a cheese with a unique aroma after a minimum of 60 days, a result of the convergence between the cheese and the acorn.
The pieces are wrapped in 100% vegetable organic paper, in formats that vary in weight between 500 and 600 grams, due to the completely artisanal molding process.
