The stuffed prey meat is a Cinco Jotas delicacy handmade in Jabugo. It is a sausage that contains only prey (the piece is located at the head of the loin next to the shoulder) from 100% Iberian pigs fed on acorns during the Montanera season. The prey is a noble meat of the highest quality with high muscle infiltration similar to Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham.
