Queso Afuega'l Pitu Atroncau Rojo Rebollín, is an Asturian cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, paprikaón, salt and ferments.slightly acidic, spicy and slightly salty flavor, with an intensity that increases with maturation, it is one of the most famous traditional Asturian cheeses. It is characterized by being soft and firm, and moldy rind. Approximate weight 350-400 gr. It is covered by the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) "Quesu Afuega'l Pitu".
