Queso Afuega'l Pitu Atroncau Rojo Rebollín Pack of 2, is Asturian made with pasteurized cow's milk, rennet, paprikaón, salt and ferments.slightly acidic, spicy and slightly salty flavor, with an intensity that increases with maturation, it is one of the most famous traditional Asturian cheeses. It is characterized by being soft and smooth paste, and moldy rind. Approximate weight 350-400 gr. It is covered by the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) "Quesu Afuega'l Pitu". The cheese is presented vacuum packed, weighing between 400 and 450 grams,  and inside an attractive cardboard box hexagonal shape.
