Making

It is made using cutting-edge technology to preserve the varietal purity of the Albariño grape. After fermenting at a controlled temperature of 18-20ºC in stainless steel tanks, the wines are gently cleaned, stabilised and filtered before bottling for the market.


Tasting notes
Golden yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Medium-high intensity on the nose, with floral aromas and hints of white fruits. It is a clean and elegant aroma. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, ample, round and with a marked aromatic persistence
