Alfalfa originated in the Middle East and is now cultivated in temperate regions throughout the world. It is a fodder plant of the legume family. Its flowers are bluish in color and the fruit is a small snail-shaped rolled legume. The aerial part of the plant is used. Alfalfa is rich in mineral salts such as calcium, phosphorus, iron and potassium and in vitamins such as C, K, D, E and carotenes. It also contains saponosides, tannins and isoflavones.

How to use:

Take 3 tablets three times a day.
