FENUGREEK B 125 GR. INGREDIENTS: Fenugreek seeds. INSTRUCTIONS: Avoid during pregnancy and lactation, in diabetic people control blood glucose levels. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Decoction (boil 2-5 minutes) 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Let it rest for a few minutes, strain and take on an empty stomach in the morning.
