Production and aging

Alidis Crianza is made from 100% Tinta del País grapes from our own vineyards, located on south-facing slopes for optimal absorption of sunlight. The soils are gravel and clay.

The maceration lasts 25 days at a controlled temperature between 25-27ºC.

It then ages in American and French oak barrels for 14 months before being bottled.

Tasting notes for Alidis Crianza

  • Appearance: Alidis Crianza has a very intense cherry red color with aging notes.
  • Nose: The fruit aromas are very present, well balanced with aromas from its time in oak – vanilla, cocoa, etc.
  • Palate: Fine, smooth, and full-bodied.

Pairing

This wine pairs very well with all kinds of legume stews and meats.

It is recommended to consume this wine at a temperature of 17ºC.
