Tasting: mahogany color with amber trim and golden highlights. Clean and bright.
Aromas of good intensity, where clean amoscatelados tones stand out, accompanied by memories of honey, figs on a background reminiscent of dried fruits, raisins.
On the palate it is unctuous, glyceric with notes of dried and raisined fruits, maintaining the harmony of its aging in vats. Well balanced and with a tasty and pleasant finish.
Consumption: Best consumed between 12 and 17º C. Ideal for appetizers, desserts and dried fruits and nuts
