Product of organic agriculture and made with the Garnacha Negra grape variety. After the destemming process, the grapes undergo a maceration-fermentation that lasts 15 days at a temperature of 22°C in stainless steel tanks, with the aim of capturing the fruity aromas to the fullest. Once this period has passed, the grapes are gently pressed and, after completing malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled immediately. The predominant aromas are red fruits intertwined with floral notes, such as violets. On the palate, it stands out for its extremely fruity character, with notes of red fruits, freshness, and remarkable balance.
