What unites these two origins (Brazil and Colombia) apart from this seasonal blend is the Amazon, hence the name we have assigned to it and that tries to represent the blurring of borders or barriers between two countries with a natural meeting point that is the jungle and just as they are two very different countries are also different coffees, and we like the forest we try to join in the most harmonious way two types of beans that bring very different but very complementary virtues.
Although it can be tasted in a filter because it does not have a very high roast, this blend is designed for espresso because the body, complexity and sweetness have been accentuated in the roast, it only contains specialty category arabica coffees and combined to create something greater than just the sum of its parts.
