This Amontillado is a tribute to the comradeship and friendship in the squadron of the Air Force that Emilio Lustau was part of. Bottle size: 75 cl

Complex and intense. Bright amber color with golden reflections and pronounced hazelnut aromas.
On the nose, notes of coffee and caramel appear.
This is the classic Amontillado from Jerez, full-bodied, elegant, and balanced. Long, dry, and spicy finish. Serve at 13-14°C.
Perfect to pair with aged cheeses, artichokes, green asparagus, smoked mushrooms and champignons, consommés, mushrooms, poultry meats, and highly spiced dishes.
