Anchovies from the Sea of Santoña

Authentic Santoña Sea anchovies, fished with traditional styles exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea and then cleaned and filleted by expert hands. Matured for more than 6 months in barrels with salt, which gives it its intense and characteristic flavour. To keep all its flavour intact, it is preserved only in olive oil.
