They are made with organic butter from the Andral which is perfect for anchovies, as it enhances them by acquiring the flavour of the anchovies, the acidity prolongs the flavours and cushions the saltiness.

Leave the can open at room temperature for 30 minutes,so that the butter is tempered and becomes creamy. Holds 12-14 loins. Winner of 2 stars in the Great Taste of 2018 and 2019.
