Annia's Gin is the extraordinary combination of fruity Gravensteiner apple and spicy juniper. Originally created as a birthday brandy for Annia, the daughter of Günter Rochelt, with only 20 liters in a strictly limited edition, we have added this very special gin to our range as a special edition.The starting product of Annia's Gin is not a neutral industrial spirit, as is the case with traditional gin, but our Gravensteiner Apple Brandy, which has matured for many years and whose delicately fruity alcohol is based exclusively on the natural fermentation of fructose. Together with wild juniper, the Gravensteiner is again distilled, the delicate apple notes combine in an invigorating harmony with the juniper picante.Recomendamos the pure, dropwise enjoyment as well as the "Gin & Tonic" in a mixture of 2cl Annia gin and 8cl quality tonic, refined with a little apple peel and a maximum of two ice cubes.
