On the nose we find herbaceous aromas, white asparagus, grass and dried fruits on a background with hints of wood. Notes of fine pastries and baked apple. On the palate it has a powerful entry. After a brief oxygenation, it gains in structure, verticality and flavour, displaying aniseed, apple fruit and creamy toasted notes
Our Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is ideal with sautéed vegetables, rice dishes, paellas, fish, seafood or sushi from start to finish. Also grilled or barbecued meats, poultry and Iberian cured meats.
Lemon yellow colour, very integrated carbonic and fine bubbles. Primary aromas of freshly cut grass, dairy, appreciating secondary aromas of yeast, pastries, yogurt and pastries. Tertiary aromas of almond, hazelnut and nuts. Short finish due to its marked acidity
