The Fuelle Empeltre is an extra virgin olive oil made through cold extraction and exclusively mechanical processes. The empeltre variety is typical of Aragon and from it we extract this superior quality extra virgin characterized by a straw yellow or old gold color. Its cultivation is widespread throughout the Aragonese community, although in the Zaragoza area, where the raw material used to make Aceites Lis juices is cultivated, it has a more fruity and sweet flavor than in other geographical areas. In its tasting, slightly spicy and bitter notes can also be appreciated, reminiscent of green almonds.
