With a curing period of between 2 and 4 months it offers us a natural and clean rind, while in its interior we can observe a white-yellowish color with small eyes distributed throughout the surface that gives the palate that a strong and full flavor with an intense aftertaste, which makes it a true gastronomic jewel, frankly unforgettable.
