DREWING:

Harvesting by hand. The harvest is transferred by gravity to a 50 hl container where it undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation and maceration for 15 days. Aging process of 18 months in new French oak barrels extra fine grain.

UVA: Tinto Fino 100%.

WINE VINTAGE: 100% Tinto Fino

Look: Ruby red colour with great intensity.

AROMA:Aromas of black fruits, spicy, mineral and toasted touches, with hints of underbrush.

FLAVOUR: Magnificent on the palate, it is round and powerful without losing its smoothness. Sweet and elegant wine that presents a sweet and polished tannins.
