A modern style IPA (India Pale Ale), made with Verdant yeast. Hops Enigma, Mosaic, and Citra are added and the initials DDH because it has a double hop charge during fermentation which makes it very aromatic:

• Turbid appearance with a brutal fruity profile and tropical aromas.
• An explosion of tropical fruit and resin is created in the mouth.
• Goes well with spicy sausages, chicken dishes, garlic clams, or baked salmon.
