One of the most elegant beers from this edition of beers made in collaboration with the Catalans from Guineu. It is a blond ale base, matured in barrels for almost two years where magic has happened.

• Straw-colored, pale with a very good foam formation and retention, which is beige in color, with fine and slightly creamy bubbles.
• In terms of aroma, it presents subtle notes of dough and cracker cookie. In the mouth, a pleasant mild neutral acidity is perceived, complementing the malt and its notes of grain and bread crust.
• Pairs well with: it can accompany you during a good meal, especially with rice, pasta, grilled fish, or white meat.
