Company information:
The house Pascal Jolivet was founded in 1987 but production began in 1982. Specializing in Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé where they have 28 hectares with a proportion of grapes purchased from other producers. The vineyard of Pouilly is planted on the municipality of "Tracy sur Loire aux lieudits". The chalky soils give powerful wines, well structured and of a slow evolution. The wines are vinified in stainless steel vats with a strict temperature control, the fermentation lasts 6 to 8 weeks
