Autumn Land is the only white wine produced by Bodegas Hermanos Jiménez Vila, located in Requena (Valencia), and is made with late-harvested grapes and sauvignon blanc. The harvest is done manually and transported to the winery in 20-kilogram boxes. From there, the process carried out with the two grapes varies as follows: Sauvignon Blanc: - Prefermentative maceration for 24 hours at 10ºC - Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature - Aging on lees Tardana: - Fermentation in new French oak barrels - Aging on lees in the same barrels Alcohol content: 13% The sale of alcohol is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.
