•  By keeping the fruit in a cool place, you can make the avocados last up to 2 weeks and the lemons up to three weeks. If you store the fruit in the refrigerator, you can naturally delay the ripening process, preserving the fruit for a longer time.

Our Peña Alta farm is located in the vicinity of the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park, specifically in the municipality of Artana, Castellón. The characteristics of the region protect us from the cold northern winds, creating a natural horseshoe-shaped protection around the farm, which also gives us fantastic views of the sea. Allowing us to cultivate our fruits in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.

Although oranges have been cultivated on our farm for over 30 years, a few years ago we decided to invest in new tropical crops, due to the difficulties we had in maintaining the family production. This way, we became pioneers in the sustainable cultivation of avocados, mangos, and citrus fruits in our area.
